Similar help and support threads Thread Forum I've been reading about capture cards for about 3 hours now and i'm still no better off. People will say one works great and others will say it doesn't, and it's not like i can get a trial version to test either. I don't want to buy one and find out it doesn't do something specific that i want it. Gaming Hi guys, i usually record PC games using fraps and it got me thinking to how do people record console footage and then put it on the computer.

The problem is i dont know the first thing about gaming capture cards and how they work, i do know however that some of them are PCI cards. Gaming Dose anyone know a decent capture card to get?
