I submitted to the door not latching smoothly because it is an inexpensive vault and the dimensions fit my needs. This lasted just under 30 days before one of the vaults stopped opening. The finger keys would beep, the motor would whirr and the vault door did nothing. The keys worked, but not the electronics.

Both vaults have been returned. When you need what is in your vault the door MUST open. I really wanted these vaults to work, but I think they were made to a budget.
